Are you a woman keen to get into bunch riding, but not sure where to start? If you want to get out and learn the ropes, there is no better ride than our women's ride lead by Rebecca Dicello.

Rebecca has had an illustrious career as a professional female cyclist, winning a stage at the women's Giro d'Italia as well as helping her team mates to stage and tour wins. Rebecca’s determination, dedication and risk taking attitude saw her manage a severe back problem, travel the world, compete in professional cycling, teach herself how to speak Flemish and Italian, whilst training up to 800km per week.

Now as a new mum, Rebecca spends her time as a high performance cycling coach to some of Australia's brightest rising stars, as well as being a sports commentator for the ABC.

We are very privileged to have Rebecca Dicello as our ride captain/coach on the Le Knicks Women's ride. It's amazing for our beginner riders to have guidance from this world class athlete and coach. Rebecca takes the ride every Thursday morning at 9:30am to either Mordialloc or St Kilda return (depending on traffic). If you are in the area and keen to get in a social bunch, join the facebook group for info and updates, or just turn up on the day. We also shout everyone a coffee at The Colonel's Son afterwards.  We would love to see you join us!
